  • Minimal downtime

A disaster or accident can feel like it turned your life upside down. Contacting a restoration company is a first step to putting things right again.

A Restoration Company Can Save You Money

We understand that when you’re looking at the ruins of your home or business, you might feel that you can’t possibly afford to repair or replace what you’ve lost. Your first instinct might be to try to save money by doing repairs yourself or maybe calling your handyman friend.

However, the step that is most likely to really save you money is to call a restoration company. When working with a restoration service, you’ll save money because:

  • Repairs will go faster
  • Repairs will be accurate and complete
  • You’ll avoid future damage
  • You’ll avoid liability
  • You might recover more of your property’s contents
  • Your insurance claim will go more smoothly

Don’t underestimate the importance of getting repairs done quickly. If your home is damaged, you’re paying for somewhere else to stay. If it’s your business that’s damaged, every day you can’t do business is a lost day of revenue, and if repairs stretch out too long, even loyal customers start looking for an alternative.

It’s also important to make sure repairs are done right the first time. Not passing inspections will slow down the restoration process and cost you more as repairs have to be done again and again. Not doing repairs right the first time can also lead to future damage. This is especially true when it comes to water extraction and drying. If you fail to remove all the water, toxic mold can grow, and rot can develop in structural supports.

When repairs aren’t completed to industry standards, you might expose yourself to liability. This is more true for businesses, but even homeowners can be at risk if they don’t fully complete all repairs.

Content recovery is a challenge that most people aren’t good at. Attempting recovery without the proper tools and techniques can simply destroy what you’re trying to recover. This is especially true of electronics.

Finally, a restoration company can help your claims process go more smoothly. By properly documenting damage and executing repairs, we can help you get the full amount of compensation you’re due under your policy – and help you get it faster!

Water Damage Restoration Services

Water Damage is a common reason why people seek the services of a professional restoration company. Whether it’s a sudden flood from a storm or burst pipe, or a slow sneaky leak over years, the amount of damage can be devastating, and it just keeps getting worse until you address the issue professionally. Without proper water damage restoration, water damage results in structural damage to your property, electrical problems, mold growth, and other dangerous conditions.

  • Identifying the source of water and stopping its flow
  • Extracting any water and removing damp materials

Smoke and Fire Damage Restoration

When there’s a fire in your home or business, the level of damage can be catastrophic. In addition to the flame and heat in the immediate area of the fire, smoke and soot can spread through the entire structure, leaving odors, visible damage, and even toxic residues.

Eliminating odors and removing residue from a fire can be challenging. These often don’t respond to typical cleaning methods and equipment. If you want to get your home or business back to a safe environment, it’s critical to work with a professional fire damage restoration company with the proper tools and methods to successfully remove odors, residue, and toxins from a fire. At Dayspring, we have you covered.

Storm Damage Restoration

Storms in Butte can be sudden, surprising, and destructive. Heavy rain can flood your property, causing extensive water damage. Hail can pound your roof, break windows, and cause other damage. Wind can drive debris into your home and break branches or knock over trees that can further damage your property.

Dayspring Restoration has been helping people in Butte since 1989. That’s more than 30 summer storm and 30 winter storm seasons. We know what type of damage these storms can cause, so we know where to look for storm damage and how to start repairing it.

Mold Remediation

Mold spores are everywhere, drifting around in the air and settled as part of dust, dormant and waiting for the right conditions to arise. When moist conditions appear, mold will start to grow immediately. Within days, the mold can achieve visible growth and can spread throughout the area. Once mold starts growing, it will release more spores, which can create health issues, especially for people with allergies, immune deficiencies, or a history of respiratory conditions. Plus, mold and other organisms can damage the structure of your property. To protect your health and your property, it’s important to prevent the growth of mold or aggressively remediate it once it appears.

Dayspring Restoration has all the water extraction equipment necessary to prevent the growth of mold in your home. We can even measure the level of moisture inside your walls and under your flooring to determine when more aggressive drying is necessary. We also have the ability to provide complete mold remediation. We can test for mold, eliminate visible mold growth, and track down areas where mold may still be growing. We can eliminate the danger and prevent the return of mold to your home.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness My basement flooded through a faulty window causing extensive damage to several rooms. All the floors and walls affected had to be removed and remodeled. Dayspring was prompt to treat the affected areas and later came back to repair all the damage. Everyone affiliated with the company was professional, courteous, dedicated to their work and worked with me through many changes and issues that came up. Jennifer Hill is on top of her game overseeing all the work and handling the crews that came and did the work. Dylan (and his crew) were first with the mold removal and mitigation - very helpful, professional and kind! Louis (and his crew) had their work cut out for them to pack and move everything out of basement and did so tirelessly, professionally and took care to pack things carefully and move them to storage. When it came time to return my furniture he again did so without damaging anything and was wonderful to work with. Kevin Lynch worked endless hours to repair my walls, fix my ceiling issues, frame and finish my doors and floor trim and was very patient with my changes along the way. His skills were put to the test and he passed with flying colors! All the crews (sorry I don't remember all their names) did a great job and I would highly recommend anyone to use Dayspring Restoration to handle their reconstruction and repairs.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Our church had a pressure fire causing smoke damage to the entire building in May 2021. This is a large building (approximately 20000 sq/ft) with multiple floors, 4 offices, 10 other rooms, a sanctuary, and fellowship hall resulting in a multi-million dollar project that will take nearly a year to complete. Within days Dayspring showed up, emptied the entire contents of the building and had the walls coming down to the studs. Within a month we had a game plan of how the rebuild would go, how insurance would be handled, and a timeline of bringing the building back together. The smoke damage and asbestos was mitigated, the new build was proposed (with some major renovation), and everything was brought up to code to include multiple ADA additions. It has been a long process, but these folks do great work! I would especially like to thank the project management of Jennifer Hill, and the mitigation, contents, and building management of Nick Sholey, Gauge Moodry, and Mike Hahm. This is a professional company that was a dream to work with and have done so much to shepherd us through this process. Their care and concern in remaining true to our tradition and returning the bones of the building into a beautiful sight is truly remarkable. Truly thank you for all that you do, have done, and will continue to do!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness We had a pipe burst and water damage in our basement. Even though we discovered it on a Sunday, we called Dayspring, and they came by to survey the damage the same day. They were very professional and even though it took quite a while to finish the job (mostly because of Covid related delays), they were diligent about making sure we were happy with the work they were doing. Jennifer was very helpful, working with our insurance company and clearing up any issues. Kevin and Dave were also very good to deal with and did great work. Highly recommended.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value The cleaners did a really bad job. I had to have them clean my kitchen 3 times and the guys that were doing the insulation and lacquer ended up doing it the last time. They did not do one room off the entry but it was charged to insurance. They didn’t do the floor in the office so jack the insulation guy did it. I had stuff stored in the office and I wanted to get some things straightened up in there so I asked them not to do it until last. I came home and they had done it way before last. I’m still looking for things in there. They didn’t pull out the washer and dryer. They were to take my clothes the first week while I was gone. 2 months into project they still hadn’t so I said forget it. They took some stuff upstairs to the cleaners and some they didn’t. The first guys did the bookshelf in front of books but not the top of books. My bedroom window was open and that fire retardant got all over screen and they didn’t clean it. The list goes on and on. I have pictures of the terrible job they did. And it took a long time. Then I get the bill. Cleaning job definitely not worth that. My weekly cleaning lady said I should of gotten her to do it. Would of been a better faster job. Said they could fix the hardwood floors. I said forget it. I’ll get someone else.
