  Terrible. We had a basement flood last spring. This place charged THOUSANDS of dollars to send 9 different staff out to my house 15+ times over a series of 5 weeks just to “evaluate” ... poke their heads around and leave each time without doing a thing.
  
  When the basement dried out, they disappeared and sent the bill after (very literally) doing nothing. No mold treatment, no installed sump pump as promised. No cleanup of old insulation. These are the exact things I hired them for. They took the huge amount of money and left us hanging when the time came to fix the problem. When all was said and done, we paid an exorbitant amount to rent some fans for a few days.
  
  I would not recommend under any circumstances.
