• Comment: A slow plumbing leak dripped water into the basement ceiling below for a couple months before the sodden drywall fell out. I called another restoration company first. The estimator was here for 10 minutes, took a quick look at the damage and presented me with a contract to sign. He did not explain anything about the what they wanted to do or why.
  
  I called Dayspring and got a totally opposite response. Two people responded and took 25 minutes to look at all aspects of the damage and explain what they could do. They explained why the repair would be a multistage process (plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, etc) This meant that several workers would be involved over several days. The next day I received the estimate for repair along with all the details of the charge. They started the repair on time and kept me informed every step of the way. Dave Hiniker coordinated the stages of the job and he actually did much of the work himself. He was polite, cordial,and informative. The job was finished on time and the results are excellent. When the job was done, the bill was exactly what was quoted.
